Do local stores carry every product, or only select products?
It isn't common for a single store to carry all OMI products.
We maintain a list of which stores have which products and will connect you accordingly once we know what you are looking for.
Are prices the same online, in-store or if I purchase through a design professional?
Typically yes, and when we run promotions, those promotions are National. Sometimes though you can find clearance-priced items in-store that you can't find elsewhere.
Also, we encourage our retailers to run regional sales to support their local customers and communities.
How is shipping and delivery handled if I purchase online or at a local retailer?
We ship retail orders direct to the store. Once product arrives, your retailer will contact you to arrange delivery. Frequently retailers offer free or discounted in-home delivery.
When you purchase online, your order is shipped direct from the factory to you. Our standard delivery is free to your door. In-home delivery is an added cost.
If you are purchasing through a design-trade professional terms vary, so be sure to ask up front.

Will my local store carry stock?
It's possible that there is stock of top-of-bed items including pillows, mattress pads, blankets, sheets etc.
Mattresses however are made to order, and in-store stock is uncommon.

You can only purchase online from OMI directly.
If you've visited a retailer, we encourage you to complete your purchase with them, in store.
If you've visited a retailer and still wish to purchase direct, please inform us at the time you order so we can credit the sale to our partner.
Is the warranty and comfort-exchange policy the same regardless of where I purchase from?
Whether you purchase direct from us, or from an authorized partner, the manufacturer's limited warranty and comfort-exchange policy are the same.
